1/29/12 Email from Clay Luttrell, Nissan Sales Manager for Zimbrick, stated that the trade-in allowance for my car would be in the range of $20,000-$25,000 for a less than one year old car with an original sales sticker of almost $40,000. The car was pristine and had less than 6,000 miles. Mr. Luttrell stated that he would only allow $13,000 after he deceptively lured us into the showroom. I had previously purchased 2 cars from Zimbrick in the past year and was shocked to see such incredibly bad faith sales practices. Stay away from this dealership unless you enjoy being manipulated, misled, deceived and aggravated
