Kathy is an excellent saleswoman. We had a problem with the finance guy who sold us the extended warranty on an almost new car for about $2000.00. We went back to Kathy and she got that reversed. You should not be selling extended warranties on vehicles without a customer's fully understanding that he or she is paying extra for this. Also I have two small dings on the hood of the 2010 Sienna XLE that Kathy sent to town to have fixed but this was only cosmetic and is very apparent. Kathy told me to have this fixed here in Litle Rock, AR and she would talk to the dealership staff to see that I am reimbursed. Do I need to take this to a Toyota dealership? Please advise me. Thank you!

The saleperson & sales manager work to get the payments & terms of the sale right. They did what ever it took to make a sale. Well pleased with thier service.
