I graduated from Hanceville High School, ran the Olympic Torch in 1996 and played football at The University of North Alabama. I have a beautiful family that includes myself, my wife April and my two sons Zion and Kendrick. I also recently became a Certified Southeast Toyota Pro. I worked with Adam Smallwood in the beginning, and he went above and beyond. I had a scheduled appointment at the dealership and Adam needed to be off that day so he made arrangements for me to meet with Shannon Twitty to complete the transaction. Shannon was a delight!!!!! He made sure all my questions were answered, he went way above to make sure the service I received was up to standards and and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I will be looking for Mr. Twitty when I purchase my next car. I usually hate buying cars....not this time, thanks to both Adam and Shannon

My only dissatisfying experience with Scott Crump Toyota lie solely on the sales manager who came very close to losing the sale due to his sarcastic attitude. The manager needs to leave the direct public interaction to Shannon. I can't say enough about how Shannon went above and beyond to not only make the sale, but to make an enjoyable buying experience. I'll definately recommend Scott Crump and Shannon Twilley.

My wife and I are doing this now.
My wife and I had made one visit prior and met with Shannon. He was patient with us and gave us several options. He followed up with timely phone calls and it was logical for us to buy the truck from him and Scott Crump Toyota.

I was very satisfied with the overall buying experience from Scott Crump Toyota. I was given a very good deal on my trade in and Scott Crump Toyota beat out all the other dealerships I had spoken with about the purchase of a 2011 Toyota Sienna. I will most definately recommend them to my friends and family. It was worth the hour and 20 minute drive from my home to do business with them. I will be back for any future Toyota purchases.
