You shouldn't lie to people who might know more about cars than you do, Clarissa.
They were horrible. There was one older gentleman there who was actually helpful. Other than the one man, I found the service staff to be rude, defensive, inaccurate, lying douchebags and that's about as nicely as I can put it. We dropped the car off at around 8 AM.  They told us that they wouldn't be able to get to it until that afternoon.  We went and wandered around the lot to look at the newer Nissans since mine is pretty high mileage.  We found one that we liked and we liked the salesperson, Queenie, too. At 8:45 AM they called and said that I needed a new transmission and that it would cost $3500.  When we asked how they determined this so quickly, Clarissa wasn't able to provide any reason. So we basically got charged $125 for them to put the key in the ignition and turn it on. When we went in to get the car, I was on my way to work and already late.  They weren't ready so when I said I had get it on Monday, they threatened to charge $30/day storage fees. Just unconscionable behavior.
