And if he didn't know the answer he would find someone that did know ...... and only one question he didnt know the answer to and he had to go the Service Dept but he found out.

I worked with Adam Smallwood in the beginning, and he went above and beyond. I had a scheduled appointment at the dealership and Adam needed to be off that day so he made arrangements for me to meet with Shannon Twitty to complete the transaction. Shannon was a delight!!!!! He made sure all my questions were answered, he went way above to make sure the service I received was up to standards and and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I will be looking for Mr. Twitty when I purchase my next car. I usually hate buying cars....not this time, thanks to both Adam and Shannon
