My receipt shows that I had a oil change and inspection. When I picked up my vehicle the low tire light was still on. I pay the same amount at other places and have my oil changed and tire pressure checked.

The service advisor that I met anyway. The one I spoke to on the phone and did not enter my appointment is another story.
No
My 2013 JKU has been losing gauges and headlights without notice. When I showed up for my appointment, there was no appointment made in the system, another SA met me(not the one I talked to on the phone) and was able to fit me in. The mechanics could not find the problem. Since then I have lost gauges and headlights more than 47 times in less than 100 miles. Yes, I am keeping a log. Makes it an adventure driving to work in the morning.

I knew the Jeep need tires and windshield and a few minor things but was not aware of the front end shacking till I got it on the freeway headed to Clinton Ar. That was a long drive at 45mph

Good
It took quite along time to complete the buying process for some reason, once we moved up to complete the final paperwork.
Good
I believe I was told the Town and Country had navigation system. It does not. I believe I was told it had adjustable pedals which it does not.

Alfonso was no problem, I wish he knew what the vehicle had and did not have. The time waiting to complete the paper work was way too long. I did not see that many people ahead of me. You have a long way to go to catch up to Superior Dodge for fast s
See above statements. Another item missing is the remote control for the dvd player. I guess that is to be expected when you buy a used car with 25000 miles on it.
