It didn't seem to matter if I had a 20 something year old car or a brand new one they treated me with professional courtesy and they were well versed in the parts my repair required.

After getting two quotes at Auto Repair Shop's each a couple hundred dollars more than I paid at the dealership? I'd even recommend their service department to people I don't like.
Hurlbert Toyota had the ability to fix my old car in a very timely fashion and because the job cost over a certian dollar amount a rental car was provided to me! I thought that was awesome because logistics for dropping cars off for service can be such a problem. I hope to not have to go there often(other than routine service) but when the time comes I need quailfied well trained service people I'll be heading straight to Epping!

Tina got an amazing deal for me on my truck. She found way more value in it than I had hoped for and made sure I got every dollar there was to get for it. I will definately buy a vehicle here and only through Tina as well as tell my friends to contact here for personal, professional service and that they can find comfort in knowing they spent their hard earned money well with her.
